Cancellation Policy
1. Nature of Services Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Kuzein provides exclusively digital services and consulting products (branding, strategy, design files). No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fees are charged. 2. Method of Delivery All deliverables are sent electronically via: • Email: To the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. • Cloud Storage Links: (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion) for large design files and brand kits. • Video Conferencing: (Zoom or Google Meet) for consultations and audit sessions. 3. Delivery Timelines • Consultations: Scheduled based on the available slots in our booking calendar after payment confirmation. • Brand Audits & Strategies: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving all necessary information from the Client. • Complex Design Projects: Timelines (e.g., 2-4 weeks) are specified in the individual project proposal or service description on the Website. 4. Confirmation of Receipt Services are considered "delivered" when: • The email containing the files or download links has been sent to the Client. • The consultation session has been conducted. 5.
