No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fees are charged. 2. Method of Delivery All deliverables are sent electronically via: • Email: To the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. • Cloud Storage Links: (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion) for large design files and brand kits. • Video Conferencing: (Zoom or Google Meet) for consultations and audit sessions. 3. Delivery Timelines • Consultations: Scheduled based on the available slots in our booking calendar after payment confirmation. • Brand Audits & Strategies: Typically delivered within 5-10 business days after receiving all necessary information from the Client. • Complex Design Projects: Timelines (e.g., 2-4 weeks) are specified in the individual project proposal or service description on the Website. 4. Confirmation of Receipt Services are considered "delivered" when: • The email containing the files or download links has been sent to the Client. • The consultation session has been conducted. 5.
