These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Kuzein(Identification Code: 306522420), registered in Georgia (the "Service Provider"), and any individual or entity (the "Client") who purchases branding, design, and marketing services (the "Services") via the website www.kuzein.com (the "Website"). By paying for the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Description
The Service Provider offers digital services including, but not limited to:
• Brand Audit & Action Plan
• Visual Identity Design
• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Instagram Brand Kit
• Media Kit / Pitch Deck Design
• Marketing Strategy & Paid Ads Planning
Specific details, deliverables, and prices for each Service are listed on the Website at the time of purchase.
3. Payment and Pricing
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to payment in GEL (Georgian Lari) at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia on the date of transaction.
• All applicable taxes and fees are included in the Service price. The Client is responsible for any additional bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges applied by their own financial institution.
• Full payment or a predefined deposit is required before the commencement of any work.
• Payments are processed securely via Bank of Georgia (BOG) payment links or external cards (Visa, Mastercard).
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide all necessary information, assets (logos, images), and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Understand that delays in providing information will result in a corresponding delay in the delivery of Services.
5. Intellectual Property
• Upon final payment, the Client is granted the right to use the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.
• The Service Provider retains the right to display the completed work in their portfolio and social media for promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed separately.
• Unused concepts and drafts remain the property of the Service Provider.
6. Disclaimer of Results
While the Service Provider strives to provide high-quality strategies and designs, the Client acknowledges that business success, marketing performance (ads), and brand growth depend on numerous external factors (market conditions, Client's implementation, platform algorithms). No specific financial results are guaranteed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

• Provide and deliver the branding and marketing services you purchased.
• Communicate with you regarding project updates and feedback.
• Send occasional newsletters or promotional offers (only if you have opted in).

• We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal/tax requirements in Georgia.
• We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third parties unless required by law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Principles
At Individual Entrepreneur Tatiana Kuzein, we strive to provide high-quality branding and marketing services. Because our Services involve custom creative work and professional consultations, our refund policy is based on the amount of work already performed.
2. Cancellation of Services
• By the Client: The Client may cancel the Service at any time by notifying us via email at ag.kuzeins@gmail.com.
• By the Service Provider: We reserve the right to cancel the Service if the Client fails to provide necessary information or assets within 30 days of the purchase. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued minus the cost of administrative expenses.
3. Refund Terms
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:
• Full Refund: Available if the Client cancels the Service before any work has started or before the first consultation has taken place.
• Partial Refund: If the project has started (e.g., the Brand Audit is in progress or the first draft of the Visual Identity has been delivered), the Client may be eligible for a refund minus the cost of the work already completed (calculated based on the project milestones).
• No Refund: * After the final deliverables (Strategy, Design files, Pitch Decks, etc.) have been sent to the Client.
• After a consultation or a "Deep Review" session has been fully conducted.
• For "Instagram Brand Kit" or "Paid Ads Setup Plan" once the strategic documents have been delivered.
4. Revision Policy
Instead of a refund, we offer a specific number of revisions (as defined in the Service description) to ensure the Client is satisfied with the creative direction.
5. Processing Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued only to the same bank card or account used for the original purchase.
• Please note that transaction fees charged by the bank during the original payment are non-refundable.

2. Method of Delivery
All deliverables are sent electronically via:
• Email: To the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase.
• Cloud Storage Links: (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion) for large design files and brand kits.
• Video Conferencing: (Zoom or Google Meet) for consultations and audit sessions.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Consultations: Scheduled based on the available slots in our booking calendar after payment confirmation.
• Brand Audits & Strategies: Typically delivered within 8-10 business days after receiving all necessary information from the Client.
• Complex Design Projects: Timelines (e.g., 3-4 weeks) are specified in the individual project proposal or service description on the Website.
4. Confirmation of Receipt
Services are considered "delivered" when:
• The email containing the files or download links has been sent to the Client.
• The consultation session has been conducted.
5. Issues with Delivery
